Kaswana is a cross-border personal shopping marketplace. We connect people living outside Nigeria with verified personal shoppers on the ground at home, so that groceries, fabrics, beauty products, gifts and household goods can be sourced at genuine market prices and shipped to the doorstep abroad.
Our story
For years, buying from home meant relying on whoever happened to be travelling. Prices were guessed, receipts rarely arrived, and disputes were settled over long phone calls. We built Kaswana to replace that informal arrangement with a marketplace that behaves like a proper financial service: competing quotes, documented costs, protected payments and a written record of every stage from purchase to delivery.
Today, clients publish a request, verified shoppers in Nigeria compete for it with itemised quotes, and the client chooses the offer that suits them. One payment in Naira covers goods, the shopper's service fee and freight, and it is released as each milestone is evidenced.
